I’ve bought tokens through Facebook but never received them on my account. What are my options?

You can dispute the transaction through the Payment section in Settings of your Facebook account:

1. Click in the top right of Facebook and select Settings.
2. Click Payments in the left column
3. Click a payment to view your receipt.
4. Click Dispute in the receipt and then follow the instructions.

It may take some time (up to 7 days, depending on Facebook) for the refund to appear on your account.
